~Living in the Present
~Philippians 2:1-11

God gave us a special gift; an inheritance which does not rust, fade or spoil. What is life all about? Is it not to live so that Christ can be in us and change us into his image?

1. What is so special about Gods present?
1. Unique, special, not trivial. God himself wrapped in human flesh. It was a priceless gift, beyond cost.
2. What do we receive? Benefits, encouragement, comfort, fellowship, and more.
2. What does God want us to do with this present?
1. Reconciled with God and our fellow brothers and sisters, ie. Unity.
2. A heath body does not fight within itself.
3. Unity is a witness to the world.
3. How do we unwrap the present?
1. The treasure is worth persevering to unwrap and receive.
2. Must be will to battle pride.
3. Embrace humility. Do not put yourself down, just think more of others.
