Why Wait Until April 15th Before Razing The House?

It seems some would like to know “why wait until April 15th before razing the house.” Leominster ordinances allow cutting into the roads only between 15 Apr. and 15 Nov. We have to cut into the street in order to terminate water, sewage, and gas lines.
