Take the Land Update

Leominster Assembly of God purchased property in the Spring of 2007 and plans to build an addition to the present facility. The new addition will be explored in more detail in 2009, giving us the opportunity to continue paying down our existing mortgage. The adjacent land was purchased for $700,000 and the church was able to put $100,000 down. From June of 2007 until present, we have paid down our debt to under 450,000. The Lord is good and continues to bless us as we make steady progress.

When the time feels right, we will look at starting the actual building program. Through prayer and wise planning, we endeavor to stay out of unmanageable debt and pay as much as possible as we go. Please pray and give, and together we will see the unfolding of God’s work here in this local church.
