Take the Land Update June 2009

It has been 2 full years (June 2007) since we have purchased the property next door for $700,000 and have been vigorously been paying down our loan debt.  After putting $100,000 cash down payment and $136,728 from extra offerings that have come in from our congregation, we have paid down the principal by $346,528 in 24 months!  At this rate we hope to have it paid off by December 2011 which would be a total of 4.5 years.
