A WORD FROM PASTOR DAVID
In John 6, Jesus was preaching and teaching the people important information. It was information that, if applied to their lives, would transform them! So what was the problem? Some of the teachings they didn’t agree with or thought they really weren’t as important as Jesus said they were. When some of the people began to walk away from Jesus He turned to ask the twelve disciples what they were going to do. Here is what Peter said, “Lord, to whom would we go? You alone have the words that give eternal life. We believe them, and we know you are the Holy One of God” (John 6:68-69). May we respond as Peter did and say to Jesus today, we believe them!
